When we craft our Lion’s Mane Almond Butter first we sprout the almonds to maximize the nutritional value. Then we blend with lion’s mane mushrooms and a few other herbs to make a creamy and nutritious treat!
Delicious on toast (especially with bananas!), waffles, pancakes, with sliced apples, or straight out of the jar!
Shelf Life:
An unopened jar of Lion’s Mane Almond Butter is shelf stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.
